OLFACTORY WORKSHOP AT ALCHYMISTA

 This unique 2.5-hour journey into the world of fragrance takes place at the Alchymista ateliers in Prague, and, newly, on selected dates in Brno.

During the workshop, you will discover more than 50 perfumery ingredients and use them to create your own 30 ml fragrance.

The ingredients you will work with come from France, from a manufacturer whose tradition dates back to 1758. Guided by one of our perfumers, you will learn the fundamentals of the craft, including the art of recognising and combining different fragrance profiles and characteristics.

The Prague workshop also includes an inspiring visit to our Salon of Exceptional Ingredients, where you can experience surreal and historical fragrance compositions.

This part of the experience invites you beyond ordinary perception — into a world of scent, memory and imagination.

You will have the opportunity to smell fragrances inspired by famous historical and cultural figures such as Charles IV, Alphonse Mucha, Antonín Dvořák, Ema Destinnová and others.

You can also discover recreations of the scents of a volcano, a penguin, an Egyptian mummy and more.

Each extraordinary ingredient opens the door to deeper layers of memory and imagination.

Surrounded by the beauty of fragrance, you will design your own 30 ml perfume — a scent that reflects your personality — and take it home with you.

• An introduction to the world of olfaction: sharpen your sense of smell and discover which fragrance ingredients are genuine — and which are simply marketing tricks.
• A selection of more than 50 perfumery ingredients commonly found in iconic fragrances from around the world.
• The opportunity to create your own unique 30 ml fragrance, with a fragrance concentration of up to 40%. The price includes the bottle, and you will take your finished fragrance home with you immediately after the workshop.
• A visit to the Salon of Extraordinary Ingredients, including an exploration of how fragrance reflects and evokes your emotions.
